POST-TOUR VOCAL SOUND HEALING RETREAT IN POLAND:
Gwendolyn is offering a 6-day/5-night Retreat in Poland after the Celtic Sites Tour, running Saturday August 9th–Thursday, August 14th. If you will have taken the “Voices & Stones” 15-day Tour, you will have one day/night off after the Tour ends the morning of Friday August 8th. On Saturday August 9th we leave Berlin, Germany, & begin our Retreat’s Sojourn to the W. Pomeranian region of NW Poland for a mightily beautiful and epic Vocal Sound Healing Adventure in & around the Village of Borne Sulinowo!
We will visit an organic farm run by our Vocal Sound Healing Academy Level I Graduate Annya & her husband Robin, experience natural landscapes such as the wild Heather in Full Bloom (largest Heather Bloom in Europe), and discover the beauty of surrounding villages and sites! Lodging & Meals (except lunches) will be offered at our Healing Retreat Center in Borne Sulinowo, run by Malgosia Tulwinska.
On this Post-Tour Exclusive Retreat, we celebrate sacred healing moments whilst singing & sounding to the forests, lakes, and flowers. We watch awestruck as the region’s Beloved Bald Eagles soar above the rolling hills of Annya’s beautiful organic Family Farm in Northwest Poland, we kayak down a local river, bicycle along forest paths, and take in the beautiful sunsets! We will experience Vocal Sound Healing events a la Gwendolyn, a Dance Movement Therapy workshop, and a Sound Healing Bath with our Retreat–site Hostess Malgosia, and private massages will be available to book whilst at our Retreat Center! With home-cooked catered meals 2x/day (Breakfast & Dinner) at our lodging in Sulinowo, our bellies, hearts, and souls will be filled to the brim with pleasure, song, laughter, and Polish hospitality!
This incredible Poland Retreat can be taken as a Stand alone Event, or as a Post-Tour Unwinding, Grounding, Healing, & culminating extravaganza! This Vocal Sound Healing Poland Retreat begins & ends in Berlin, Germany.
If you will be taking the “Voices & Stones” Celtic Isles Tour ending in Scotland on 8/8, you will fly from Edinburgh to Berlin after being dropped off Friday morning between 9-10am at EDI. If not, you will fly directly into Berlin. You can book yourself on the 1:50pm nonstop flight from EDI to BER with us, or not; and you can book a room at the Lux 11 Berlin Mitte Hotel we are staying at Friday night 8/8, or not. Any way you slice it, The Poland Retreat Tour Van departs from the Lux 11 Berlin Mitte Hotel at 9:30am on Saturday August 9th. Meals included in the Retreat begin 8/9 Dinner, & end with 8/14 Breakfast.
The Sojourn from Berlin, Germany to Borne Sulinowo, Poland
Along the 4 1/2 hour Journey from Berlin to Borne Sulinowo, we drive through rich forests, stop for lunch at the beautiful Polish city of Szczecin–currently I’m salivating over two award-winning Szczecin restaurants “King John’s Bagles,” known in Polish as “Bajgle Króla Jana” & Columbus Restaurant, aka Colvmbvs Restauracja & Pub— (and I’m open to suggestions), and we arrive in the afternoon at our Healing Center Retreat in Borne Sulinowo of the W. Pomeranian region of NW Poland!
Returning Home from Poland
On the morning of Thursday, 8/14, you will be driven from Borne Sulinowo, Poland to Berlin, Germany’s Brandenburg Airport (BER), arriving by 3pm at your Airline Terminal. You will book your flight home for 6pm or after. Some of us are spending Thursday night on 8/14–8/15 at the Lux 11 Berlin Mitte Hotel, and sharing a taxi to the airport Friday morning 8/15, arriving to BER Airport at 7:30-8:00am. Gwendolyn’s Flight on Aer Lingus from Berlin to PHX leaves at 10:40am Friday 8/15.
