Feeling grateful for this opportunity to sing to a crowd tonight at the amazing Harmony Ridge Lodge in Nevada City for the purpose of bringing in pure Light, Love, and Healing…. and grateful for the opportunity  to help people release self-judgment and release their voices for the purposes of deep healing at the workshop tomorrow!!

Tomorrow’s workshop is titled “Cooking the Artichoke: Revealing the Innocent Heart”  Step by step we release our protective layers….through breath, heart-connection, grounding to Mother Earth, we birth our voice. We birth the voice of our vulnerability, our visions, and the innocent heart of the playful child, who is just as real today as he/she ever was…. ready for our embrace and to be heard!
