In this intimate online video conference 4-wk class, you will learn how to identify and clear blockages in your creative expression. The class is held Fridays in March from 12-1:30pm Pacific time, via Video Conference: March 6, 13, 20, & 27.
The throat is the most amazing portal/birth canal for our soul’s truths, desires and needs. Gwendolyn guides you to clear and free your throat and voice for a tremendous expansion of your freedom and energy on this earth.
This class will include guidance in using your voice to heal yourself. You will learn how to send yourself sound-beams for clearing pain and creating peace in your body, emotions, and spirit.
You will learn how to breathe properly to support your voice whether in speaking, vocal sounding, or singing.
You will learn how to receive your voice as a nurturing gift that you give to yourself. The frequency of unconditional love can be attained in vocal sound healing, and Gwendolyn will guide you there.
You will learn songs, and experience loving support from Gwendolyn and the class community in accepting yourself and your voice exactly as you are.
