My new friend Virgil Anderson had some great success with energy healing, and so he wrote two articles for a Mesothelioma Newsletter on the topic. In this first (of two) featured articles, he discusses the general applications of massage, vocal sound/singing, music, essential oils to clear and Heal the Chakras/Energy systems of the body.
In this article he discusses each Chakra position and meaning, and presents ways in which each of these healing modalities are used on the Chakras. I for one am a big fan of using my Songs and Voice onto and around the Chakras for profound clearing and Healing of what is in the way! One time a man came to me asking for help with his Heart Chakra. He reported not knowing how to love, and how to express love to his adult son. I spent 25 minutes sounding into his heart until he began to sob. My experience was that profound density turned into fluid flow of loving energy.
