Grateful to report a WONDERFUL Brooklyn Vocal Sound Healing Day Retreat yesterday!! This was a day of delicious healing and nurturing from our spirits, from the divine realms and Mother Earth. Beautiful songs came through for each person. It was special to be the “midwife” of people’s true voices being born, one breath at time, beyond persona and ego, into just the raw primal energies and truths of the soul……. free to sound, to reveal, feel, laugh, cry, express, dream….to heal at the level of community supports the individual’s integration of his or her healing on the life journey.
It was special to give the workshop in my sister Heidi’s studio dedicated to her son Mahdi who crossed to the other side at age 21, 5 years ago this December. I am proud of Heidi for her continued commitment to her soul’s healing and growth journey on this planet!
