This Retreat begins with an indoor Vocal Release Journey guided by Gwendolyn. Prepare to Birth your Voice as a Tool to Claim your Sovereignty, your Light, and your Healing!
We will have a group lunch at the workshop site where you will bring your own satisfying lunch and we will all eat together.
For the second portion of the Retreat, we will go out into Mother Nature. Gwendolyn will guide a Grounding process with Mother Earth, and will teach healing songs for your alignment with Divine Light and Unconditional Love, & for your Healing and Peace.
